We gladly accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at mail@gulluupack.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.
We understand that preferences can change. However, we currently do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to carefully review product details before making a purchase.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
The refund amount will include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Gulluupack error.
For returns due to defects or damages, Gulluupack will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item is found to be in its original condition, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
