1. Return Eligibility:

We gladly accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at mail@gulluupack.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Returns Due to Change of Mind:

We understand that preferences can change. However, we currently do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

4. Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Refund Amount:

The refund amount will include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Gulluupack error.

6. Return Shipping:

For returns due to defects or damages, Gulluupack will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days.

7. Cancellation of Orders:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
